Price Match Promise

 

We have set highly competitive prices for all our products, with a dedicated sales team committed to regular price checks against our competition. If we find a competitor with a physical presence (i.e. they do not operate wholly online) offering a better price for the same individual product, sold with the same conditions, we will lower our price to match theirs in the showroom and online. Additionally, if the competitor’s prices differs in the showroom from their website, we will match the lower price of the two in store as well as online.

With our constant price checking to ensure our prices are competitive, we do not expect you to find our products at lower prices with the same service conditions. If you find lower prices and bring this to our attention, we will match the price when you buy from us, or alternatively refund the difference up to 28 days after your Bedco purchase.
We provide our customers with the convenience of online shopping. Alternatively, you are also welcome to visit the Bedco showroom in Douglas where our well trained sales team will help you try before you buy and offer expert advice. This gives you, the customer, complete flexibility and choice over your personal shopping experience at Bedco.

Many retailers in the UK do not ship to the Isle of Man, or if they do, delivery costs are significantly higher than those to mainland UK addresses. Our prices include shipping and delivery costs which is worth  remembering when comparing prices. Furthermore, if you had a product issue, returning the faulty or damaged products to the UK could lead you to further expense, something you simply would not have when dealing with Bedco.

Price Match Promise

The following conditions must apply:

  • The two items in question must be identical.
  • The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
  • The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
  • You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. website address.
  • The item must currently be in stock.
  • The item must be on-sale at a retailer in the UK  who has both an online and a high street presence.
  • Only on orders placed by Isle of Man residents.
